Your tool inputs stay in your browser.

UTools requires no account. Files, text, financial inputs and worksheet content are processed on your device and are not sent to an application database.

Information stored on your device

Browser local storage remembers your language and recent classroom-maker settings. Anyone using the same browser profile may see those settings. Other tool inputs are held in the open page; downloaded results remain in your downloads until you remove them.

Local files and media

Selected images, PDFs and tables are read locally. Microphone/camera use requires your browser permission and an explicit start; media is not transmitted or stored by us. Local recordings can be played or downloaded. Stop releases device access; leaving the tool clears its temporary media URLs.

Share links

Share buttons include a reproducible seed and paper size. They do not include vocabulary lists, handwriting text, worksheet titles, or student names.

Hosting logs

The static host and reverse proxy may process routine connection information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested URL.

Children and classroom use

The tools are designed for an adult educator or caregiver. Do not use the fields as a student-record system.

Aggregate page-view analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics may count visits and page views so the site owner can see which public pages are useful. We do not send tool inputs or files to analytics, and we do not add custom click or form events. When no analytics token is configured, no analytics script is loaded.

Advertising

This version has no advertising script. This notice will be updated before advertising is enabled.
